The various specifications of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) inner and outer rubber designed and manufactured for turbocharger hose according to the GB/T33381 standard can replace CR, EPDM, ACM, and AEM rubber and has good processing performance and excellent resistance to aging, low/high temperature, ozone and oil.

Application fields

  • Used for outer rubber of various standard hydraulic hoses for engineering machinery, injection molding machinery, coal machinery, metallurgical machinery, marine hydraulic systems, and so on; Used for outer rubber of air compressor hoses conveying 155℃ high temperature oil and gas mixture.

  • Most suitable for outer rubber of coal machinery hoses and tanker hoses due to its excellent flame retardant and anti-static properties; Able to replace Chloroprene Rubber (CR) and Chlorosulfonated Rubber (CSM) due to its excellent coloring property.

  • Used for inner and inner rubber of automotive turbocharger hoses. Able to replace CR, EPDM, ACM and AEM rubber due to its excellent ozone, oil and high temperature resistance.
